heat the house (with the aid of autonomous heating system radiators during the coldest days) and so central heating was not installed. However, the
infrastructure exists so the new owners have the opportunity to install their choice of central heating of the latest technology and maximum
efficiency, as well as air conditioning and alarm system.

Please note that the semi basement was designed so that it could be easily
